How We Do It?

Upon our initial visit, we will assess your property and determine the best method of access and suitable safe cleaning method for your property. Each procedure will see us carrying out a number of steps. 

First, we will ensure the areas are clear of any hazards and then check for any pre-existing damage.

Method 1 - Low pressure cleaning

We will disconnect the guttering from the property to prevent any drain blockages and attach a gutter sock to divert the water and any debris to a suitable area ready to bag up at the end of the day. We will then build our professional scaffold tower in a suitable position to allow us a safe, comfortable and efficient form of access.

We will then use our on-board van an equipment to begin cleaning the roof using our high reach carbon fiber poles, combined with various attachments running at low pressure which is safe for us and your property. This process is much like a heavy downpour and must not be confused with pressure washing. 

Method 2 - Scrape

We will ensure no debris travels down the down spouts by blocking these off.

We will then build our professional scaffold tower in a suitable position to allow us a safe, comfortable and efficient form of access.  

We will then proceed to remove the unwanted growth from the roof using our high reach equipment.

Tarmac restoration and Re-sealing

What’s the process?

Firstly, we apply a biocide treatment to help kill any organic growth embedded in the surface. We will leave this to take action for a number of days and then return to deep clean the surface. We will then leave the area to dry for a number of days and then return to carry out the sealing process. This will give the surface a fresh, new look and re-bond it back together in turn prolonging its life without the expense of a complete new driveway.

We also offer a maintenance plan to help keep the area looking its best. This can be discussed upon request.

Gutter cleaning

We use our professional gutter vacuum machine which allows us to remove debris from the guttering as high as 40ft from the safety of the ground.

Combined with a wireless camera, which gives a live feed of everything going on up there, and this footage can be supplied upon request once cleared, We will perform a flush test to ensure the guttering and downspouts are free flowing.

We are also able to clean the external surface of the gutters, fascia's and soffits and remove any stubborn staining from the safety of the ground, using our high reach professional equipment and products intern improving the luck of your property.
